MILLER, et al, Defendants Plaintiffs, by and through Attorney, by Justin D. Dickman, has brought this action naming the unknown heirs, beneficiaries, next of kin, spouses of heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, creditors, guardians of incompetent, heirs, spouses, and/or assigns of Imogene E. Miller, Wayne E. Miller, Gail V. Miller, Mary C. Miller, Betty J. Ramey, Betty L. Miller, Leslie Ramey, Martha V. Stewart, Roy J. Stewart, Donald A. Miller, Marilyn R. Ferguson, Eleanor A. McCoy, Buddie Miller, Richard L. Miller, Rhonda Ramey, Buddie Alan Scarberry, Marsha Shelton aka Marsha Scarberry, Dwayne Scarberry, Brandi N. Gaskins, all of which are deceased and John Doe and Jane Doe, unknown interest holders whose addresses cannot reasonably be ascertained, defendants in the above-named court by filing of a Complaint for Adverse Possession and to Quiet Title on 4.51 acres, located at 6402 SR 28, Martinsville, Ohio 45146, Clark Township, Clinton County, Ohio. The object of the complaint is for adverse possession and to clear the title for the real estate described herein, in Clinton County, Ohio described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER: 070032608000000 PROPERTY ADDRESS: 6402 SR 28, Martinsville, Ohio 45146 PRIOR RECORDING: Deed Book 272, Page 709, Clinton County, Ohio Recorder’s Office A copy of the full legal description for each parcel may be obtained from the Clinton County, Ohio Recorder’s Office by calling 937-382-2067. The Plaintiff has filed a Publication request in the Wilmington News Journal. All Defendants are required to answer the Complaint for Adverse Possession and to Quiet Title within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week each week for six successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on the 8th of November, 2025. In case of Defendants failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
