Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Sheriff Douglas A. Eastes of Clinton County, Ohio, will sell such real property at our on-line Realauction website at https://clinton.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov/ to the highest bidder of an amount that is no less than $12,943.49 on October 22, 2025 at 10:00 am. If any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for Sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place on November 5, 2025 at 10:00 am for an amount that is no less than $12,943.49.
