NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO Clinton County Land Reutilization Corporation, Plaintiff v. The Estate Carol J. Bogan aka Carol J. Snider aka Carol J. Bogan-Snider, and Any Unknown Administrators or Executors, et al., Defendants, Case No. CVH20250206 Notice is hereby given to the following defendants, who were unsuccessfully served via certified and ordinary mail: Kristina Snider and the Unknown Spouse of Kristina Snider. Plaintiff filed its Complaint on June 13, 2025, in the above captioned Court. The object and demand for relief in such pleading for declaratory judgment to determine whether the decedent owned any interest in property located at New Oglesbee Road, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, that decedent previously disclaimed, and whether Plaintiff is authorized to sell the entire interest in said property as sole owner of such. All of the above-named Defendants are required to show their interest, if any, in the subject premises by filing an answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which shall be published for a week for six consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in the case.
