PUBLIC NOTICE Invitation to Bid Clinton County Regional Airport Authority Clinton Field Airport Bids will be received by the Clinton County Regional Airport Authority, 1581 North Curry Road, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, until 2:00 PM (local time), on Monday, April 6th, 2026, for the T-Hangar and Taxilane Expansion Project. Work consists of constructing a new 5-Unit T-Hangar, and two new taxilanes, installing drainage, and painting pavement markings. Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost: Engineer’s Estimate Base Bid – Schedule A (T-Hangar) - $708,000; Engineer’s Estimate Bid Alternate 1 - Schedule A (T-Hangar) – 96,000; and Engineer’s Estimate Base Bid – Schedule B (Taxilane) – 351,000. Bids shall be submitted through Bid Express. Any bid received after the specified time will not be considered. Bids must be completed and provided on the bid form(s) provided or bid will be subject to rejection. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, March 23rd, 2026 at 2:00 PM (local time) in person at the Clinton County Airport Terminal (1581 N Curry Rd, Wilmington, OH, 45177).
