NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO Clinton County Land Reutilization Corporation, Plaintiff v. Tiffany Brooks, et al., Defendants, Case No. CVH 20250398. Notice is hereby given to the following defendants, whose addresses are unknown: Kim Kinney aka Kim Webster; the Estate of Kim Kinney aka Kim Webster, and any unknown administrators or executors or representatives; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, and legatees of Kim Kinney aka Kim Webster; and any unknown persons claiming any legal or equitable right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the property described in the complaint adverse to Plaintiff’s title. Plaintiff filed its Complaint on October 15, 2025, in the above captioned Court. The object and demand for relief in such pleading for declaratory judgment to determine whether the decedent owned any interest in property located at 405 S. Wall Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, that decedent previously disclaimed, and whether Plaintiff is authorized to sell the entire interest in said property as sole owner of such. All of the above-named Defendants are required to show their interest, if any, in the subject premises by filing an answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which shall be published for a week for six consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in the case.
