Sheriff's Sale of Real Estate Revised code, sec 2329.26 The State of Ohio, Clinton County, CVE20250101 U.S. Bank, NA vs. Crystal Dawn Nichols In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 online at https://clinton.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 10:00 0'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situate in the County of Clinton, and State of Ohio, township of Marion, to wit: Legal Description Situated in .the County of Clinton, in the State of Ohio and in the Village of Blanchester, Marion Township, and bounded and described as follows: The same being Lots No. Sixty (60) and Sixty-one (61) of Resor and Paddocks Addition to said town, as more fully described on the recorded plat of said Addition. Save & Except the following described real property: Situated in the County of Clinton, in the State of Ohio and in the Village of Blanchester, Marion Township, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point or pin in the east margin of Columbus Street, 170 feet north of a corner. post where a pin has been set in the southwest corner of Lot No. 60 and east margin of Columbus Street; thence in an easterly direction and on a line parallel with the north margin of Johns Street across lot 60 and 61 to the east line of said lot No. 61; thence at a right angle and in a northerly direction along the east margin of lot No, 61 approximately 115 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot No. 61; thence in a general westerly direction along the north line of said lots Nos. 61 and 60 to the northwest comer of said Lot No. 60; thence in a general southerly direction along the west line of Lot No. 60 and east margin of Columbus Street 135 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
