ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Washington Township, Clinton County, State of Ohio through its Board of Township Trustees, will receive bids for Road Reconstruction for CLI TR 110 Gumley Road as per specification, until 9:00 A.M. September 15, 2025 at the Washington Township House located at 162 SR 350 E, Wilmington Ohio 45177 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be delivered to Julie Eastes Township Fiscal Officer, prior to the above stated time. Bids may be hand delivered to the Washington Township House Drop Box located at 162 SR 350 E, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 or may be mailed to Washington Township Trustees, 186 Leslie Drive, Wilmington Ohio 45177 Specifications for Road Reconstruction for CLI TR 110 Gumley Rd. are on file and may be obtained by calling Chris Horsley 937-728-4217. Each bid shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in same, and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Washington Township, Clinton County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administrating, (614) 644-2239. Bid proposal blanks will also be available with said specifications and must be used in the submission of a bid if said bid is to be considered by the Trustees. The Board of Washington Township Trustees reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bids.
