PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION ON PROPOSITION R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the East Clinton Local School District passed on the 20th day of July 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of East Clinton Local School District at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November 2026 the question of: Shall an annual income tax of 1.25 per cent on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by East Clinton Local School District, for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
