PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of Blanchester Ohio, passed on the 9th day of July 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Blanchester, Ohio, at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an additional tax for the benefit of Village of Blanchester for the purpose of maintaining and operating cemeteries at a rate not exceeding 1.25 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $44 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 4 years. The estimated annual collection of this levy is $129,130. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
