NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ZONING AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Clinton County, OH, on the 23th day of March, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. , in the Commissioner’s Office, Clinton County Administration Campus, 1850 Davids Drive, Suite 208, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 will hold a public hearing on a proposed zoning text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a text amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. This amendment includes adding minimum square foot requirements of 864 sq. ft. for a single-family dwelling that was omitted during the latest update. The sections to include the addition are Tables 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 and is on file with the Board of County Commissioners and is available for public inspection Monday through Friday, excluding holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Said hearing shall be in accordance with Section 303.12 et. seq. of the Ohio Revised Code; said amendment have been approved by the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission Docket #RZC 01-2026. As a result of said hearing and within twenty days thereafter, said Board of County Commissioners shall adopt and approve the recommendation of the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission or deny or modify the same. Written suggestions or objections to the revision of said proposed amendment may be filed prior to the hearing or presented to the Clinton County Commissioners at the hearing.
