NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP Andrea Hicks-Brock, Administrator of the Estate of David Taylor, a.k.a. David T. Taylor, a.k.a. David Thomas Taylor, a.k.a. Dave Taylor, a.k.a. Dave T. Taylor, Plaintiff vs. Martha Lucas Fisher, et. al. Case No. 2025 4005 A, Clinton County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division To: The Unknown Heirs, Distributees, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of Minor or Incompetent Heirs of Decedent David T. Taylor, a.k.a. David T. Taylor, a.k.a. David Thomas Taylor, a.k.a. Dave Taylor, a.k.a. Dave T. Taylor (hereinafter referred to as “Decedent”), if any, who are unknown and, by their nature, cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and all nonresident defendants, will take notice that on the 6th day of November, 2025, Plaintiff Andrea Hicks Brock, Administrator of Decedent’s Estate under Case No. 2025 1098 before the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, filed her First Amended Complaint to Determine Heirship pursuant to and consistent with O.R.C. § 2123.02 in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division under Case No. 2025 4005 A and the object and demand for relief of that complaint is to determine the lawful heirs of Decedent. Those heirs and all nonresident defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which shall be published for six (6) consecutive weeks or any claim they may have as such heir may be forever barred.
