PUBLIC NOTICE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION – Resolution No. 2026-07-13-01 On July 13, 2026, Resolution No. 2026-07-13-01 was passed by the Village of Port William, Clinton County, Ohio, authorizing the return to Clinton County of certain County-owned radios previously provided to the former Village of Port William Police Department for continued law-enforcement use through the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. The Resolution authorizes the Mayor, Fiscal Officer, or their designee to deliver the radios and execute any receipt or other document necessary to complete the return. The Resolution was declared to be an emergency measure.
