NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF MANUFACTURED HOME DELINQUENT TAX LIST Publications of the delinquent Manufactured Home Tax List as required by Section 4503.06 (H)(1)& (2) of the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.) will be made on November 8, 2025 in the Wilmington News Journal & November 15, 2025 on the Clinton County Auditor’s website. https://clintoncountyauditor.org/delinquent-advertising Payments can be made in the office of the Clinton County Treasurer between 8:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by cash, check or credit card payment. Interest charges will accrue on taxes remaining unpaid after the last day of November, 2025, unless the taxpayer enters into a written delinquent tax contract with the Treasurer to pay the manufactured home taxes in installments.
