NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals for the Southeast Neighborhood Community Center Improvements project will be received by the Clinton County Commissioners at their office located at 1850 Davids Drive, Suite 208, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 until 8:30 a.m., Monday, September 29, 2025, and then at 8:30 a.m. at said office opened and read aloud. Plans, Specifications, and bid forms will be available via dropbox by contacting the Clinton County Commissioners at hipke.lisa@clintoncountyohio.us. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Clinton County Commissioners or by certified check, bid bond, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Clinton County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for: Southeast Neighborhood Community Center Improvements project and mailed or delivered to: Clinton County Commissioners c/o Lisa Hipke 1850 Davids Drive, Suite 208 Wilmington, Ohio 45177 Please note a pre-bid walk through with the City of Wilmington has been scheduled for 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the project site. The project address is 243 Grant Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. Prospective bidders must RSVP to Samantha Ison at sison@wilmingtonohio.org and Mary Oakley at maryrichardsoakley@att.net by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the walk through. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards provisions, Davis-Bacon Wages, and Equal Opportunity provisions, and insurance requirements. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Clinton County reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
