PUBLIC NOTICE The Clinton-Massie Local School District Board of Education hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing pursuant to the provisions of R.C. 3309.345 to consider the re-employment of Connie Fairchild as a superannuate to the same position from which she will have previously retired (secretary). The public hearing will occur on June 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Clinton-Massie Middle School, room 533. This notice is provided at least 60 days prior to the date of re-employment of the superannuate, and the Board certifies that the public hearing required pursuant to Ohio law shall take place between 15 and 30 days before the re-employment of Connie Fairchild as a superannuate.
