PUBLIC NOTICE AD FOR PUBLIC DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS APPLICATIONS WHEREAS, the current designation of public depositories of active monies by this Board expire on the 27th day of August, 2025, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By this Board of Commissioners, Clinton County, Ohio: Section 1. That eligible institutions may file applications, in the form provided by R. C. 135.31 et. Seq., for designation as a public depository with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners until 9:00 a.m. on July 28, 2025 in the Board’s offices, Clinton County Administrative Campus, 1850 Davids Drive, Suite 208, Wilmington, Ohio, 45177, at which time the applications will be examined. Section 2. The Board of County Commissioners will receive the recommendation of the County Treasurer and make its designation of public depositories on August 11, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., in the office of the Board of County Commissioners for a period of four years commencing on the 28 th of August, 2025, and Section 3. The County Treasurer has estimated the maximum amount of active monies that might be available for deposit at any one time during the next four-year period will not exceed Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00), and inactive monies will not exceed Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00), and, Section 4. That this Board of County Commissioners hereby finds and determines that all formal actions relating to passing this resolution were taken in an open meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, and that all deliberations of the Board of County Commissioners and of its committees, if any, which resulted in formal action, were taken in meetings open to the public, in full compliance with the law, including section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
