PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING ZONING AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Clinton County, OH, on the 16th day of September at 11:15 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Office, Clinton County Administration Campus, 1850 Davids Drive, Suite 208, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. The proposed amendment is for a 0.239-acre split from parcel #270-01-15-48-0000-00 owned by John Michael & Lynette Dobyns and located off of Anderson and Mitchell Roads in Union Township. The present zoning classification of the property name in the proposed amendment is S-R, Suburban Residential District to R-R, Rural Residential District Docket #04-2026 . The application is proposing to amend the zoning classification including the complete legal description of the subject property is on file with the Board of County Commissioners and is available for public inspection Monday through Friday, excluding holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Said hearing shall be in accordance with Section 303.12 et. seq. of the Ohio Revised Code; said amendment have been approved by the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission. As a result of said hearing and within twenty days thereafter, said Board of County Commissioners shall adopt and approve the recommendation of the Clinton County Rural Zoning Commission or deny or modify the same. Written suggestions or objections to the revision of said proposed amendment may be filed prior to the hearing or presented to the Clinton County Commissioners at the hearing.
