CVG2500384 Hh Sabina Manor Mhp Sabina Oh (PLAINTIFF) vs Caroline Aills, Adam Kidd, and all other occupants (DEFENDANT) CLINTON COUNTY CLINTON COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT By virtue of a Writ of Execution to me directed by the Clinton County Municipal Court, I will offer for sale at Public Auction at the Clinton County Common Pleas Court located at 46 S South St., Wilmington, OH 45177 on the First Floor on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM on said day, the following described property, to wit: Lakeside MY8 built in 1994, with a VIN Number of 11244162 and a Title Number of 1400077162 located at 373 S. Jackson St., #85, Sabina, OH 45169. There was not an inside inspection of the property and the sheriff is not liable for the condition of the property upon confirmation of the sale. An inside inspection will be available on the date of sale. TOTAL COST VALUE OF USED HOME: $10,950.00 MINIMUM BID: $1.00 TERMS OF SALE: 10% DOWN BY PERSONAL CHECK ON LOCAL BANK. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
