Alexander Landis In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 online at https://clinton.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situate in the County of Clinton, and State of Ohio, township of Union, in the City of Wilmington, to wit: Legal Description SITUATED [N THE CITY OF WILMINGTON, COUNTY OF CLINTON AND STATE OF OHIO: PARCEL l: SITUATE IN THE CITY OF WILMINGTON, COUNTY OF CLINTON AND STATE OF OHIO; BEING THE EAST ONE-HALF (1/2) OF AN ALLEY AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF MORRIS HEIRS ADDITION TO SAID CITY OF WILMINGTON (SEE PLAT BOOK PAGE 50, CLINTON COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE) COMMENCING AT THE NORTHERLY EDGE OF COLUMBUS STREET AND RUNNING NORTHERLY BETWEEN LOTS TEN (10) AND ELEVEN (11) OF SAID MORRIS HEIRS ADDITION A DISTANCE OF 165 FEET TO AN ALLEY.
