NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DELINQUENT RE TAX LIST AND DELINQUENT LAND TAX LIST Publications of the delinquent tax list as required by Section 5721.02 of the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.) will be made on October 23, 2024 in the Wilmington News Journal and October 30, 2024 on the Clinton County Auditor’s website. https://clintoncountyauditor.org/delinquent-advertising Payments can be made in the office of the County Treasurer between 8:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by cash, check or credit card payment. Interest charges will accrue on taxes remaining unpaid after the last day of November, 2024 unless the taxpayer enters into a written delinquent tax contract with the Treasurer to pay the taxes in installments.
