PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO CASE NO. CVH20250213 Notice is hereby given to Holly Hill, whose last known address is 8920 E. SR 22/3, Sabina, Ohio 45169. The following is a party to a legal action filed on June 18, 2025, the Board of Clinton County Commissioners v. Holly Hill. This action involves a property in violation of the Clinton County Zoning Resolution beginning on or about December 19 of 2024. Plaintiff is seeking preliminary and permanent injunctions enjoining Defendant from violating the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Further, Plaintiff is seeking damages, consistent with the Clinton County Zoning Resolution and Ohio Revised Code, in the amount al $100 per day, per violation, for the violation of the Clinton County Zoning Resolution beginning on December 19, 2024, up through and including the date on which the property is brought into full compliance with the Clinton County Zoning Resolution.
