PUBLIC NOTICE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION – Resolution No. 2026-07-13 On July 13, 2026, Resolution No. 2026-07-13 was passed by the Village of Port William, Clinton County, Ohio, declaring Village-owned former police department personal property described in Exhibit A to the Resolution to be surplus, not needed for public use or obsolete or unfit for its acquired use, and of no value to the Village. The Resolution authorizes the transfer of the property to Clinton County, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, for governmental use by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, authorizes the Mayor to execute the necessary transfer documents, and requires a final inventory of the property transferred. The Resolution was declared to be an emergency measure.
