PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF NEW VIENNA, OHIO REQUEST FOR BIDS — WATER METER REPLACEMENT The Village of New Vienna, Ohio, will receive sealed bids for furnishing and installing replacement water meters for 537 existing meters. Bids must be delivered to 97 W. Main St.New Vienna, OH 45159 no later than November 18, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read on November 19, 2026 at the above stated address. Late bids will not be accepted. Each bid must state the total price for furnishing and installing all 537 meters, with materials and installation labor separately itemized. The meter supplier must perform the installation using it sown personnel; third-party installation or subcontracting of installation is not permitted. Meters must comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Bid documents and submission requirements may be obtained from the Utility Office or call Mayor John Beers 937-205-9987 to schedule a time at 97 W. Main st. New Vienna, OH 45159.Bids must include the full name of every person interested in the bid and the bid security.
