PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RURAL ZONING COMMISSION CLINTON COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given that the Rural Zoning Commission of Clinton County OH, will hold a public hearing August 25, 2026, at 5:30 pm in the Community Room, 111 S Nelson Ave, Wilmington. 04-2026 – The purpose of the hearing is to review and act on a map amendment to the Clinton County Zoning Map. The property for proposed re-zone is a .141 acre parcel owned by John Michael and Lynette Dobyns, Anderson Road, Parcel ID 270011548000000. The current zoning district is S-R Suburban Residential District and the proposed zoning district is R-R Rural Residential District. Interested persons may attend the public hearing or contact our office 937-382-3335 to view the application. Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
