Jones (Official Record Volume 362, Page 146) and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron pin (found) in the northwesterly margin of Main Street making the southerly most of corner of the 0.163 acre tract conveyed to Barbara Helton and Ronnie Helton, Jr. (Official Record Volume 195, Page 815) and recorded in Volume 25, Plat No. 237 of the Clinton County Engineers Record of Land Division; Running thence from said point of beginning, with the northwesterly margin of Main Street South 46° West 50.81 feet to a point marking the easterly most corner of the 0.18 acre tract as conveyed to Diana T.
